Lamp Shade

For this project, we were tasked with designing and 3D printing a custom lampshade. I chose a blue and purple color palette to create a vibrant, illuminated effect. The 3D printing process took approximately 12 hours to complete. After printing, I spent several days in the university's Fab Lab carefully removing the support material with tweezers. This meticulous post-processing, which took nearly four days, required patience and attention to detail to achieve the final finished piece. To showcase the completed design as intended, I purchased a small lamp and assembled the final piece, allowing the colors and pattern to come to life when illuminated.
